Loan Officer

You have the opportunity to join IIFL SAMASTA FINANCE LIMITED as an Officer of Micro loan. Your role will involve identifying potential areas for expanding business growth, adding new members, forming groups, explaining processes in detail, and collecting documents from members. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting loan utilization checks at regular intervals, ensuring timely collections of monthly installments, and maintaining portfolio quality. It is expected that you handle an average of 200 customers and organize center meetings while building relationships with members and ensuring collections. You will also be required to update registers daily and maintain the company's code of conduct. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of a Higher Secondary education level (+2 and above), with an age limit of up to 28 years for freshers and 32 years for candidates with MFI experience. It is mandatory to possess a Two Wheeler and Driving License. Only male candidates are eligible for this position.
