CredFlow - Chartered Accountant

• We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead the finance function at Credflow Group.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NBFC operations, fundraising, treasury management, and regulatory compliance, with proven ability to manage investor relations and banking partnerships.
• This is a leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive strategic financial initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and provide strategic direction on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Manage investor relations by building strong engagement, preparing financial reports, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Drive fundraising activities including debt, equity, and structured financing, while identifying new funding opportunities.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with bankers, financial institutions, and investors to support growth and capital requirements.
• Oversee treasury operations, ensuring effective cash flow management, liquidity planning, and fund allocation.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, NBFC regulatory framework, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage audits, internal controls, and governance processes to ensure robust financial discipline.
• Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights that drive operational and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards for management and board review.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build strong functional capabilities.
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in NBFCs or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of NBFC operations, RBI regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and banking relationship management.
• In-depth understanding of treasury management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
• Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuations, MIS reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders including investors, lenders, and regulators.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools
