Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credentialing Specialist located in the Mohali district. The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for handling the provider credentialing process, managing communications with healthcare providers and payers, and ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations. Daily tasks will include verifying credentials, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with healthcare credentialing software is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
