Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credentialing Specialist. The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for managing provider and facility credentialing processes, ensuring compliance with Medicare and other payer requirements, and handling payer contract negotiations. Additional tasks include maintaining up-to-date records, assisting with MIPS consulting, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare providers. This role is located in the Mohali district.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Medicare and other payer requirements
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare providers
• Experience in RCM processes is a plus
