Role Description

Qualifications

Proven experience in writing for films, OTT, or television/digital.
Strong grasp of screenplay structure, dialogue, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Collaborate in writers’ room discussions, ideation sessions, and script development meetings.
Work closely with directors and creative producers to align narrative tone, pacing, and visual style.
Fluency in Hindi and English (bilingual storytelling skills preferred).
Understanding of current OTT trends and audience sensibilities.
Proficiency in screenwriting software (Final Draft, Celtx, WriterDuet, etc.) and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
Meet writing and revision deadlines efficiently and creatively.
Adapt to feedback with openness and agility, while conducting research and contributing to timely project development.
