At Fanatically Filmi, every story begins with curiosity, collaboration, and an unwavering love for cinema. Role Description We’re seeking talented Writers to join our creative team in New Delhi . As a Writer , you’ll play a key role in developing and shaping original screenplays for our upcoming films and web-series. You’ll work closely with directors , creative producers , and fellow storytellers to transform ideas into narratives that are bold, cinematic, and emotionally powerful. The role calls for someone who can blend craft with instinct . A writer who sees beyond structure and words to the soul of a story. If you’re passionate about creating complex characters, sharp dialogue, and immersive worlds , this is your chance to contribute to stories that leave a lasting imprint on screen and in hearts. Qualifications Proven experience in writing for films, OTT, or television/digital. Strong grasp of screenplay structure, dialogue, pacing, and visual storytelling. Collaborate in writers’ room discussions, ideation sessions, and script development meetings. Work closely with directors and creative producers to align narrative tone, pacing, and visual style. Fluency in Hindi and English (bilingual storytelling skills preferred). Understanding of current OTT trends and audience sensibilities. Proficiency in screenwriting software (Final Draft, Celtx, WriterDuet, etc.) and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace. Meet writing and revision deadlines efficiently and creatively. Adapt to feedback with openness and agility, while conducting research and contributing to timely project development.
