As a Creative Writer at our company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in developing original content for fiction, nonfiction, and short stories. Your responsibilities will include using the written word to express storylines and ideas, developing scripted material for the Web and other communication devices, and conducting research to obtain factual information and authentic details from sources such as newspaper accounts, diaries, and interviews. Additionally, you will be expected to perform extensive fact-checking, review and revise written material to meet personal standards and client needs, and judge the quality of content. Networking and liaising with other writers, publishers, agents, script editors, producers, and directors will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop original content for fiction, nonfiction, and short stories - Use the written word to express storylines and ideas - Develop scripted material for the Web and other communication devices - Conduct research to obtain factual information and authentic detail - Perform extensive fact-checking - Review and submit written material for approval and revision - Judge the quality of content - Network and liaise with others in the industry Qualifications Required: - Exceptional communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field - Passion, Integrity, and Energy Freshers from reputed colleges such as St. Francis, Villa Marie, Stanley, etc., may also be considered if they possess good writing skills. If you are a fresher, you should be a graduate/post-graduate with English literature, Mass Communication, or Journalism with a strong command over the English language.
