You will be responsible for composing sensible, readable, and informative articles with proper spelling, grammar, and sentence construction. Your duties will include editing, revising, and proofreading new and existing articles to ensure accuracy of information, spelling, and grammar. Participation in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and selecting news items for rewriting will be part of your role. You should have the ability to guide and write news articles by watching TV, write catchy and engaging titles, and create articles based on videos. Additionally, you will need to provide clear and concise direction to the posting team. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to quickly write and develop creative, persuasive copywriting on various topics by referring to available material across the web. Excellent written English skills and grammatically correct sentence formation are essential. Being internet savvy and actively participating in social media are must-have qualities. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a focus on accuracy are also important. Freshers from reputed colleges such as St. Francis, Villa Marie, Stanley, etc., will be considered if they demonstrate good writing skills. Freshers should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in English literature, Mass Communication, or Journalism with a strong command over the English language. Education background is not a primary criterion as long as the candidate possesses excellent English skills.
