Senior Copywriter

Responsibilities:
Product-First and Technical Copywriting:
Craft persuasive and informative product descriptions that highlight the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products.
Translate technical information into clear and engaging copy that resonates with our target audience.
Aspirational and Brand-Driven Messaging:
Develop aspirational and emotionally resonant copy that aligns with our brand's values, vision, and positioning.
Create compelling brand stories that evoke positive emotions and connect with our customers on a deeper level.
Blog Posts and Articles:
Write well-researched and insightful blog posts and articles that provide value to our audience, demonstrate thought leadership, and support SEO efforts.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in your content.
Content Audit and Optimization:
Conduct content audits to assess the performance of existing content, identify gaps, and propose strategies for improvement.
Optimize existing content to enhance its effectiveness and alignment with the brand's messaging.
Social Media Copies:
Create engaging and concise copies for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns that drive user engagement and support our social media strategy.
Collaborate with the social media team to align copy with visual content and overall campaign objectives.
Brand Voice and Tone:
Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all channels and platforms.
Develop and maintain a brand style guide to guide the team and maintain a cohesive brand image.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with designers, marketers, product managers, and other teams to ensure the messaging aligns with overall marketing initiatives.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging best practices in copywriting and content marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience (4+ years) as a copywriter, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
A diverse portfolio showcasing product-first, technical, aspirational copy, blog posts, articles, content audits, and social media copies.
Strong storytelling abilities and a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
Excellent command of written English with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Ability to simplify technical jargon into accessible language for a broader audience.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for writing content that ranks well in search engines.
Proficiency in social media platforms and the ability to tailor copy for each platform's unique requirements.
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
