Position: Full-TimeLocation: Pune (Work From Office) Role Summary:Are you someone who sees a blank page and instantly imagines shapes, colours, and stories that speak without words? We’re looking for a Creative Visualiser — a designer who’s not just great at execution but brilliant at ideation. You’ll dream up visual concepts, develop engaging designs, and turn ideas into compelling visuals that grab attention and stay memorable across digital and print media. If you thrive on translating ideas into visuals that leave a mark, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities:Ideate and visualise creative concepts for digital campaigns, branding, social media, websites, presentations, ads, and offline collaterals like brochures, banners, and packaging.Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to turn ideas into eye-catching visuals.Develop moodboards, storyboards, and mock-ups to communicate design directions.Design layouts, graphics, and illustrations that bring brand stories to life.Ensure brand guidelines and visual consistency across all design outputs.Edit, retouch, and prepare final artwork for production with technical accuracy.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep your ideas fresh.Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute bold ideas. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.2–4 years of professional experience in a creative role; agency experience preferred.A portfolio showcasing not just design skills but also your ability to think conceptually.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.Familiarity with preparing files for print and digital production.Basic animation or motion graphics skills are a plus.Good time management and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have:Video editing or motion design skills.Basic UI/UX design capabilities for digital interfaces.
