Creative visualiser

As a Creative Visualiser at our Pune office, you will be responsible for bringing visual concepts to life across digital and print media. You will play a key role in developing engaging designs that leave a lasting impact on our audience. You will be tasked with ideating and visualising creative concepts for various platforms including digital campaigns, branding, social media, websites, and offline collaterals such as brochures and banners. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will transform ideas into eye-catching visuals that resonate with our brand's identity. Additionally, you will be involved in creating moodboards, storyboards, and mock-ups to communicate design directions effectively. Your role will also include designing layouts, graphics, and illustrations that bring brand stories to life while ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. You will be responsible for editing, retouching, and preparing final artwork for production with technical precision. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines will be crucial aspects of your role. To succeed in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. You are expected to have at least 2 years of professional experience in a creative role, preferably in an agency setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and XD is essential. A strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling will be key to producing high-quality design outputs. Having basic animation or motion graphics skills would be advantageous, along with good time management and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also important for effective teamwork. Additionally, video editing, motion design skills, and basic UI/UX design capabilities are considered desirable assets for this role.
