Creative Strategist

As a Senior Manager - Strategy and Planning, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives across various brands and categories. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify business problems and develop effective solutions that drive growth. You will lead day-to-day strategy and communication planning for pitches, retainer clients, and projects. It will be your responsibility to identify business problems and develop strategic solutions that drive growth for clients. You will partner closely with clients and account managers to deliver international/regional strategies and support key markets. Additionally, you will develop a plan to improve strategic capability amongst the strategy team and agency. Empowering junior strategists to discover the market, audience, media, communication, and technology solutions that unlock growth will be part of your role. You will inspire creativity and innovation through engaging workshops, creative briefs, and thought-leading POVs on industry trends. Managing relationships with other agency partners, including creative and media teams, will also be essential. Lastly, you will inspire, develop, manage, and oversee the work produced by junior strategists to ensure high-quality strategic output.,
