Creative Strategist

• Dive deep into

  Creative Producer/Director

  to bring ideas to life across films, campaigns, and content.
• Stay on top of

  industry trends, culture, and conversations

  and use that to create work that feels fresh and relevant.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Campaign Development

  → Research, brainstorm, and design full-fledged campaign ideas.

• Deck Design & Pitches

  → Create sharp, visually engaging decks that sell ideas with impact.

• Client Collaboration

  → Work closely with clients, decode their needs, and ensure ideas stay aligned.

• Creative Production

  → Oversee shoots, content pieces, and campaigns as a Producer/Director.

• Trendspotting

  → Keep the team ahead by scouting global creative work, trends, and innovations.

• Idea Generation

  → Be the go-to person when the team or client needs that one killer idea.

Who You Are

• A

  natural storyteller

  who knows how to connect ideas to culture.
• 3–5 years of experience in

  advertising / branded content / creative agencies

  .
• Comfortable switching between

  strategy, ideation, and execution

  .
• Sharp presentation skills you know how to

  sell an idea in a room

  .
• A strong eye for

  design, film, and communication

  .
• Hungry to do work that doesn’t just fill slides, but fills hearts.
