Role Overview: You will be the Creative Strategist responsible for developing innovative and impactful marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives and target audience engagement. Your role will involve a combination of creativity, data analysis, and strategic thinking to craft compelling campaigns, content, and brand experiences, specifically focusing on B2B marketing in the technology and electronics industry. Key Responsibilities: - Design creative marketing strategies and campaigns aligning with Arrow Electronics business goals and brand identity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective campaigns. - Generate ideas for engaging content across various channels and work with creatives for high-quality asset production. - Ensure all creative outputs resonate with Arrow Electronics brand voice, values, and positioning. - Conduct market research to inform creative strategies and campaign development. - Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for optimization. - Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and introduce innovative ideas to keep marketing efforts competitive. - Act as a liaison between creative teams and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency. - Manage multiple creative projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of proven experience in creative strategy, marketing, or advertising. - Strong understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or electronics industry. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms. - Ability to analyze data and translate insights into creative strategies. The Digital organization at Arrow creates scalable, innovative digital strategies for the Global Components business. Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
