What You'll Do

Creative Writing & Development

• Write or co-write scripts for short videos, comics, and other visual storytelling formats.
• Participate in

  brainstorming sessions

  with the Producer and Director to shape characters, plots, and story ideas.
• Contribute creative input during development meetings and revise drafts based on feedback.

Creative Assistant Responsibilities

• Help manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the Director/Producer.
• Join video meetings, take notes, and follow up on creative and administrative tasks.
• Keep track of creative drafts, deadlines, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for

  storytelling

  , characters, and visual media (comics, short films, animation, etc.)
• Strong writing skills — you don’t need professional experience, but you should have a great feel for narrative, pacing, and dialogue.
• Comfort with

  open conversations and expressive themes

  (some projects may be non-traditional or artistically bold).
• High level of

  discretion

  and emotional maturity — you’ll be trusted with sensitive and creative content.
• Basic organizational skills and a willingness to assist the creative leadership team.
• A

  stable internet connection

  and comfort using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar video platforms.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Portfolio of short stories, scripts, fanfiction, or comic ideas
• Experience assisting a creative team or working on a personal storytelling project
• Interest in visual media, pop culture, or character-driven narratives

Compensation

• $80,000 – $120,000 USD

  per year, depending on creativity, fit, and contribution level
• Fully remote work with flexible schedule
