In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director and Producer , contributing ideas, writing scripts, and assisting with creative coordination and light administrative tasks. What You'll Do ✍️ Creative Writing & Development Write or co-write scripts for short videos, comics, and other visual storytelling formats. Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Producer and Director to shape characters, plots, and story ideas. Contribute creative input during development meetings and revise drafts based on feedback. 🗓️ Creative Assistant Responsibilities Help manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the Director/Producer. Join video meetings, take notes, and follow up on creative and administrative tasks. Keep track of creative drafts, deadlines, and documentation. What We’re Looking For A passion for storytelling , characters, and visual media (comics, short films, animation, etc.) Strong writing skills — you don’t need professional experience, but you should have a great feel for narrative, pacing, and dialogue. Comfort with open conversations and expressive themes (some projects may be non-traditional or artistically bold). High level of discretion and emotional maturity — you’ll be trusted with sensitive and creative content. Basic organizational skills and a willingness to assist the creative leadership team. A stable internet connection and comfort using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar video platforms.
