Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Creative Producer

to lead our

Business & Finance YouTube channel

. This role demands a strong mix of editorial strategy, video production, audience engagement, and industry knowledge to create insightful and monetizable content for a digitally savvy audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development
Plan and execute business-focused video content, covering market trends, finance tips, investment insights, and news.
Video Production Oversight
Lead the entire video production lifecycle – ideation, scripting, shooting, editing – ensuring relevance and quality.
Audience Growth & Engagement
Leverage YouTube analytics to optimize content performance and boost retention and subscriber base.
Partnerships & Monetization
Collaborate with finance influencers, brands, and industry experts to scale visibility and revenue via sponsorships and partnerships.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with writers, editors, and designers to deliver consistent and impactful video content.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Journalism, Communications, Media, or related field
3+ years of content production experience, ideally in business/finance
Proven YouTube strategy knowledge, including SEO, analytics, and format optimization
Strong storytelling and scripting abilities
Experience managing creative teams and multiple concurrent projects
Passion for finance, digital content, and media innovation
