As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary design team, shaping creative strategy, and bringing bold design concepts to life across various projects such as events, installations, brand activations, and large-format experiences. Responsibilities include taking creative ownership of projects with a focus on set design and large-scale decor experiences, leading visual direction for luxury events and themed environments, ensuring timely project delivery with top-notch quality, creating immersive spatial designs that enhance brand stories, guiding the team in ideation and material exploration, and collaborating closely with business and production teams to provide innovative design solutions. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and integrating new technologies like AR/VR, AI, and digital environments into design concepts is essential. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Set Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or related fields, along with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful decor and set design work. The ideal candidate should be a visionary thinker who excels in creating visually stunning environments, adept at translating brand narratives into experiential design, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and demonstrate strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
