Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Head to lead our brand communication, marketing content, and creative design initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the company’s visual identity, creative strategy, digital presence, and brand storytelling across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative strategies for brand building and marketing campaigns

Lead design and content creation for brochures, presentations, digital ads, social media, videos, and product branding

Plan and oversee company catalogues, posters, product packaging, and promotional materials

Work closely with sales & marketing team to support business goals with effective creative content

Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Ideate and script promotional videos, corporate films, and product demos

Coordinate with designers, agencies, and printing partners

Monitor trends and create modern, attractive hygiene industry creatives

Brainstorm innovative marketing ideas for events, exhibitions, and product launches

Track creative performance and optimize messaging and design

Requirements

Proven experience as Creative Head / Creative Lead / Art Director / Marketing Creative Lead

Strong knowledge of branding, design, social media creatives, and digital content

Proficiency in Adobe Suite / Canva / Figma / video editing tools Excellent storytelling, visual thinking and brand conceptualization skills

Understanding of hygiene, FMCG, or B2B marketing (preferred)

Strong project management and team collaboration skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail and innovation
