Position Overview

Thiranz Tech Solutions Training Academy invites applications from experienced Graphic Designers with strong hands-on design skills in CorelDRAW (Compulsory), Adobe Suite, and creative visualization. Along with the job role, the selected candidate will be provided exclusive AI Designing Skill Training, enabling them to work with next-generation creative tools and automated design workflows.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Core Design Responsibilities

✔ Develop creative marketing designs for posters, banners, brochures, certificates & flyers.
✔ Create digital graphics for social media branding & marketing campaigns.✔ Work with CorelDRAW extensively for layout, print design & template creation.✔ Design course & training material visuals for academy promotions.✔ Produce thumbnails, visual concepts, infographics and illustration content.✔ Execute digital + print-ready artwork with accuracy and professionalism.

AI-Based Creative Integration

✔ Work with AI Tools like Mid journey, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI etc.
✔ Convert text prompts to creative artwork and branding concepts.✔ Build AI design templates to speed up workflow and creative turnaround.✔ Participate in training modules and upskilling sessions.

Operational & Collaborative Tasks

✔ Coordinate with marketing & academic teams for design requirements.
✔ Manage multiple projects with deadlines and priority clarity.✔ Maintain organized project files, archives and reusable templates.

Mandatory Skills: Skill Requirement CorelDRAW (Must Have – Primary Tool)

Photoshop Required Illustrator / In Design Added Advantage

Video Editing Basic Skill Preferred

Graphic Design Certification Compulsory
