Creative Graphic Designer

As a Visual Content Designer, you will play a key role in creating compelling visual content for both print and digital media. Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and designing visual content for various mediums such as brochures, hoardings, site branding, emailers, social media posts, and digital ads. - Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand communication and visual identity across all platforms. - Developing engaging social media creatives to enhance project awareness and drive lead generation. - Designing event collaterals, site signage, standees, and exhibition branding materials to support marketing initiatives. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in real estate marketing. Preferred attributes for this role include: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a graduation degree. - A creative mindset with a strong focus on visual storytelling. - Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication and coordination skills. - Familiarity with Campaign Design for Quick Comm and knowledge of leveraging Ai image generation tools like Nano Banana and ChatGPT. In addition, please note: - Your portfolio will be the primary consideration during the review process and will determine the progression of your application. - If shortlisted, you will be required to complete a test assignment. - The working schedule for this role is from Monday to Saturday.
