We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Graphic Designer / Video Editor with VFX expertise to lead visual storytelling for premium brands across Shopify, Tata Cliq Luxury, Amazon Brand Store, Myntra, Social Media, YouTube and Retail environments.The candidate must be highly proficient on MacBook/macOS and an expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, with the ability to blend design, video, VFX, animation, AI tools and retail branding for high-impact campaign execution. This role requires both creative thinking and commercial understanding to produce assets that drive conversions, enhance brand perception, and elevate consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design, Video Editing and VFX Excellence
Design high-quality digital, print & motion creatives aligned with premium brand guidelines.Create & edit campaign videos, product films, reels, YouTube content and brand stories.Apply advanced VFX techniques including: Motion graphics, 3D/2.5D animations, Green screen and compositing, Transitions, visual effects and cinematic editingPerform colour grading, sound syncing, enhancement & visual polishing.Propose and execute new creative concepts & visual directions proactively.
2. Digital and E-commerce Asset Creation (Revenue-Focused)
Design platform-optimized content for: Shopify, Tata Cliq Luxury, Amazon Brand Store, Myntra & other ecommerce channelsDesign assets for: Landing pages, Product detail pages (PDPs), Banners and carousel images, Performance ads and emailersEnsure assets are aligned to: Marketplace specifications, CRO best practices, A/B testing requirements, Customer journey mapping
3. Photography and Production Support (Added Strength)
Support and execute basic product photography & lifestyle shootsKnowledge of: Camera basics and framing, Lighting setups, Composition for e-commerce and socialAssist in shot planning and post-production editing
4. Retail Branding & Visual Merchandising Support
Develop creative for: In-store branding, POSM / Window displays, Signage and promotional material, Events, exhibitions and demo daysMaintain strict brand visual standards in retail environments.Adapt layouts for multiple store formats and regions.
5. Innovation & AI Tools Integration (High Value Addition)
Use AI tools for creative acceleration: Adobe Firefly, Mid journey / Photoshop AI Runway / Topaz / other VFX toolsStay updated with the latest creative, design & video trendsRegularly benchmark competitor creatives & global standards
6. Vendor, Catalogue and Asset Management
Coordinate with photographers, printers & production vendors.Ensure: Accurate output, High-quality print production, Timely deliverySupport: Seasonal catalogues, Lookbooks, Line sheetsMaintain proper naming & storage of assets in DAM/Drive/Server systems
7. Invoice & Documentation Control
Handle vendor invoices with accuracyCross-check billing vs deliverablesMaintain documentation & reporting
8. Cross-Department & Event Support
Partner with: Marketing, Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Product teamSupport: Product launches, Store openings, Golf/Lifestyle events, Corporate & retail activations
Mandatory Skills
- 3-5+ years experience in Graphic Design + Video Editing + VFX
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud mastery(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficient with MacBook/macOS systems
- Expertise in motion graphics, animation & compositing
- Experience creating assets for e-commerce & marketplace platforms
- Strong knowledge of print production, typography & layouts
- Understanding of performance marketing creative needs.
