Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Creative Director. The Creative Director will lead and strategize creative initiatives, oversee branding and art direction, and ensure design quality and consistency across all projects. Responsibilities include managing creative teams, developing innovative campaigns, and collaborating with clients to translate their visions into impactful creative solutions. This role also involves providing clear direction and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
• Strong skills in Branding and Art Direction
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and associated tools
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and inspire creative teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• A bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a creative leadership role within a digital marketing or design agency is an advantage
