As a talented and creative professional, you will be responsible for developing and leading high-performing digital content across various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and proposing creative video concepts for Meta Ads, Instagram/Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media campaigns. - Leading the creative direction for digital marketing assets like videos, Reels, static posts, carousels, thumbnails, and ad creatives. - Collaborating closely with the marketing team to create performance-driven content ideas that align with brand standards. - Ensuring brand consistency, staying updated on creative trends, and guiding designers and editors to maintain high-quality output. You should meet the following qualifications: - Strong experience with design and editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar. - Proven ability to ideate and execute creative video concepts for paid ads and organic social content. - Creative mindset with excellent storytelling ability and attention to detail. - Understanding of digital marketing creatives, engagement patterns, and audience psychology. - Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality creatives.
