RAJASAB is a luxury bespoke menswear house rooted in tradition and refinement, with a contemporary spirit. We specialize in handcrafted suits using fabrics from iconic mills like Loro Piana, Zegna, and Dormeuil. As we scale our vision globally, we’re seeking a Creative Director who can define and lead the brand’s aesthetic across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

A bold, detail-driven visual thinker with a strong aesthetic sense in fashion and luxury branding. Someone who understands how to craft a story through design, styling, visuals, and social media. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape the creative vision of RAJASAB and oversee its execution across campaigns, content, and store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the visual identity of the brand
• Lead the ideation and execution of photoshoots, lookbooks, and creative campaigns
• Supervise visual assets for website, social, in-store, and print
• Build and guide an internal creative team of stylists, editors, and designers
• Ensure consistency in design, tone, and brand storytelling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and web development teams

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in creative direction, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury
• Strong portfolio with campaign work and brand identity projects
• Excellent styling sense, with an eye for timeless luxury and elevated minimalism
• Adept at turning abstract brand values into compelling visual narratives
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
