Job Overview:

We’re hiring Creative Directors (CDs) and Associate Creative Directors (ACDs) for our GenAI production team. Work from anywhere.

What you’ll do

• Lead or support the full cycle of GenAI video production—from idea to final cut
• Guide writers, designers, and editors toward one visual style and story vision
• Experiment with AI tools to push quality, speed, and cost efficiency

Who thrives here

• CDs: 6-10 years in filmmaking, with at least two ad films or promos created using GenAI
• ACDs: 1-5 years in filmmaking, graphic design, or animation, plus hands-on GenAI projects
