Creative Director Film & Visual Storytelling

In this role as a Creative Director at Kshm, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of creatives including designers, writers, cinematographers, and visual storytellers. Your main responsibility will be to shape the brand's creative vision, drive impactful campaigns, and ensure that all communication pieces resonate with the audience. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the brand vision through impactful creative storytelling. - Lead a team of cinematographers, editors, art directors, and stylists. - Collaborate with social media and performance marketing teams for campaign design and execution, and performance measurement. - Translate business objectives into inspiring and effective creative strategies and campaigns. - Oversee end-to-end content creation and production for the brand. - Bring a strong knack for creative storytelling and innovative thinking. - Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in creative leadership within a brand, media, or agency setup. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand strategy, design, and storytelling. - Proven track record of managing and inspiring cross-functional creative teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Deep understanding of social media, paid ads, digital platforms, and emerging marketing trends. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. - Bachelor's degree in Film making, Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
