At Pepper Content youll be:

• Develop and execute the creative ideas and vision for digital films, working closely with the video sales team.
• Active participation in client briefings and pitches
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
• Oversee the development of scripts, storyboards, and treatments, ensuring that they are innovative and engaging for the target audience.
• Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure that the final edit of the film aligns with the creative vision.
• Ensure that all films are produced under the brand requirement and guidelines within the stipulated budget.
• Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Bachelor's degree in film, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in creative direction for digital films, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas.
• Strong understanding of the film production process, from concept development to final delivery.
• Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for storytelling and the ability to create compelling narratives.
