About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Creative Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves translating ideas into engaging visual content across digital and print mediums. You’ll collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to bring concepts to life that not only look beautiful but also drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (Static)

• Design high-quality digital creatives for social media, digital ads, website banners, emailers, decks, and print.
• Develop brand identity assets such as logos, icons, brand books, and presentation templates.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to translate campaign objectives into engaging visuals.
• Prepare assets in multiple formats and dimensions for various ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

Project & Quality Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Perform regular quality checks, optimize files for web or print, and ensure timely delivery.
• Keep up with the latest design and video trends, and suggest fresh ideas to the team.

Required Skills:

• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite:
• • Photoshop – for editing, digital artwork, retouching
• • Illustrator – for vector design, icons, branding elements
• • Premiere Pro – for video editing and post-production
• • After Effects – for motion graphics and animations
• Familiarity with design for digital ad platforms and social media.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Strong typography, layout, and color theory knowledge.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
