About the Role:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design creative and engaging visual content for digital and print media using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all visuals align with the company’s tone and identity.
• Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Schedule posts, manage engagement, and monitor social media performance metrics.
• Create compelling ad creatives for paid social media promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that align with company goals.
• Analyze campaign results and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
• Understand the brand’s voice and produce content that uplifts the company’s image.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience in social media management and ad campaigns.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Excellent understanding of social media trends and content strategy.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing, photography, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with SEO and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).
