Creative Designer

What You'll Do:

• Design engaging visuals

  for social media posts, advertisements, website banners, and marketing campaigns aligned with brand identity.

• Edit videos

  for YouTube, reels, promotional content, and ad campaigns — including trimming, transitions, audio sync, and basic color grading.

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams

  to translate campaign ideas and strategies into visually appealing creatives and videos.

• Create design concepts from briefs

  , ensuring originality, creativity, and high aesthetic standards.

• Adapt designs

  for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) and optimize them for each format.

• Assist in brainstorming sessions

  with the strategy and social media teams to develop innovative content ideas.

• Maintain brand consistency

  across all visual touchpoints and ensure timely delivery of creatives.

• Stay updated

  with the latest design trends, digital marketing styles, and video editing techniques to keep our content fresh and modern.

What we are looking for:

• Proven

  1-2 years of experience

  as a

  Graphic Designer / Creative Designer

  in a digital marketing environment.
• Hands-on expertise in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects

  (or equivalent tools).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, and color balance.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of

  motion graphics, animation, or 3D design.

• Experience in

  developing campaign concepts

  or pitching creative ideas.
