We’re One Percent Abroad, Kerala’s fastest-growing premium study-abroad brand helping students get into top universities & fully-funded programs (Ivy League, Oxbridge, Erasmus Mundus, DAAD, etc.)

And now we’re looking for someone who can turn our mission into content that people can’t ignore.

💡 What you’ll be doing

• Strategising content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads, blogs, and email
• Planning content calendars that drive attention & conversions
• Working with designers, video team & performance marketers to bring ideas to life
• Turning complex study-abroad topics into super simple and engaging content
• Creating scripts, captions, hooks, ideas, storyboards, content pillars etc.
• Keeping an eye on trends, competitors & new formats

🧠 Who we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in content / brand marketing
• Not just a writer — a thinker + planner + storyteller
• Someone who owns the brand voice and pushes for results
• Loves experimenting and breaking the “usual agency style”
• Fluency in English + basic Malayalam (bonus)
