Role Overview

We are hiring a Creative Content Designer (AI-First)

not a traditional graphic design role

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Designing

  static and motion creatives

  for social media, ads, website, and brand campaigns
• Creating

  short-form videos, reels, promos, and product films

• Developing AI-generated visuals and videos

  using tools such as MidJourney, Runway, Canva AI, and emerging platforms
• Assisting during

  shoot days

  for on-ground brand content, BTS, and production storytelling
• Collaborating with

  marketing, branding, performance, and sales teams

  for campaign execution
• Maintaining

  brand consistency

  across all creative outputs
• Keeping up with

  digital trends, internet culture, and platform algorithms

• Supporting campaign ideation, storyboard creation, and creative planning

Required Skills & Tools

Candidates should have hands-on working knowledge of:

Design Tools

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva

Video & Motion

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects / CapCut

AI & Automation (Must-Have Orientation)

• MidJourney
• Runway
• Canva AI
• ChatGPT or similar prompt tools

Content & Platform Understanding

• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Visual storytelling
• Social content formats & trends

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in design, video, or content creation
• Formal education in design/media is

  optional

• Strong portfolio of real-world work

  (Instagram, Behance, YouTube, Drive links accepted)
• Strong understanding of

  visual composition, typography, color, transitions, and pacing

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
