Creative Coordinator

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

✔ Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure content (social media posts, portfolio updates, marketing materials) is published on the right platforms on time

✔ Distribute marketing collaterals — offers, brochures, and service catalogues to leads, prospects, and clients; follow up regularly

✔ Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure timely delivery from the team

✔ Provide support in the design process and contribute to creative decision-making

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, and ChatGPT

✨ Strong aesthetic sense and curiosity to learn real-world branding/design applications

Extroverted, talkative, and diplomatic

Work Details

🕒 Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM (with WhatsApp/on-call availability from 10 AM – 10 PM)

📍 Hybrid: Primarily Work from Home, with meetings as needed in Kolkata
