Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Image Editor at STUDIO ORBIS. The Image Editor will be responsible for e-commerce photo retouching and image editing work. The role involves working closely with our team to deliver high-quality visual content for our clients in the fashion and lifestyle industry. About the Role As a Growth Operations Associate , you will work directly with the founders to accelerate Studio Orbis’ next phase of growth. You will own mission-critical initiatives that cut across client acquisition, creative ops scalability, and strategic experimentation. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and wants to work at the intersection of content, business strategy, and operations. Key Responsibilities Client Growth & Pipeline Development Identify new growth opportunities across fashion, lifestyle, D2C, and retail verticals. Build systems for client acquisition, conversion tracking, and repeat engagement. Creative Business Intelligence Develop dashboards and reports to track shoot performance, resource utilization, and revenue contribution from creative projects. Translate data into actionable insights. Experience Design Design and manage onboarding processes for new clients – ensuring a smooth, high-touch journey from inquiry to project delivery. Creative Ops Optimisation Collaborate with internal teams (business teams, photographers, stylists, editors) to streamline workflows and delivery timelines. Build scalable systems without compromising creative output. Developing Strategic Playbooks Work with the Founder to pilot growth experiments - from pricing models and seasonal campaigns to influencer collabs or bundled service offerings. Brand Partnerships Identify, initiate, and manage collaborations with key partners that elevate Studio Orbis’ visibility and unlock new markets. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a growth, strategy, or founder’s office role (preferably in a fast-paced creative, fashion, or D2C startup). A balance of left-brain/right-brain thinking - data-savvy, but also creatively intuitive. High ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You ask questions, solve problems, and move fast. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – you’ll work across teams and with external partners. Prior experience building playbooks, setting up GTM systems, or running strategic growth experiments is a bonus. Why Join Us?
