Your main role will involve assisting customers in setting up their products and conducting engaging Today at Apple sessions and events to inspire customers to discover, own, and love Apple products. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Today at Apple sessions to encourage customer participation and generate excitement for Apple products and services. - Create interactive customer experiences to help individuals maximize their use of the Apple ecosystem. - Recommend solutions that meet customer needs. - Support customers in setting up their devices and demonstrate familiarity with internal support resources. Qualifications Required: - Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays. - Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required. - Experience with teaching or public presentations is a plus. - Ability to adapt to various audience needs. - Understanding of the benefits of the Apple ecosystem. - Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities. - Commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse environment.
