As a CRM Executive with 1 to 5 years of experience, your role will involve generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales by focusing on hospital management teams. You will utilize CRM software, Excel, and PowerPoint to optimize sales performance and conduct meetings with decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating leads and making outbound calls to hospital management teams. - Coordinating with the Sales and Marketing Team for any necessary support. - Developing and delivering engaging PowerPoint presentations to showcase services. - Using Excel to track sales performance, create reports, and analyze data. - Performing strong follow-ups to ensure timely closures and foster long-term relationships. - Planning and implementing CRM strategies to retain existing customers, enhance brand loyalty, and expand the company brand. - Ensuring correct segmentation of the customer database for targeted marketing activities. - Creating innovative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process, executing plans, and reporting results to relevant stakeholders.
