Description

We are seeking a skilled Crawler Crane Operator to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience operating crawler cranes and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient lifting and moving of materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage crawler cranes for construction projects safely and efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the crawler crane to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with site managers and other team members to coordinate lifting operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of crane operations and maintenance activities.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience operating crawler cranes in construction or related industries.
Valid crane operator certification and relevant licenses as per Indian regulations.
Strong understanding of crane mechanics and maintenance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and site managers.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in crane operations.
