Purpose of the Job/Role
- To do the Smooth Tracking Process flow as per daily production Schedule and maintain the Records.
  1. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
    - To moving Jewelry Product under the guidance of senior of production
    - To Assist in preparing materials needed for jewelry production
    - To Assist in the assembly of jewelry components under the guidance of senior of production personnel.
    - To do the inspection and quality control process for finished jewelry pieces.
    - To Keep track of stock levels and alert to senior when items need to be restocked
    - To Support the packaging and shipping process for finished jewelry pieces
    - To Actively seek opportunities to learn about jewelry production techniques
    - Continual Improvement (Kaizen): Own involvement & associates involvement in Kaizen Projects of continual improvement.
    - Health and Safety: Ensure safe working conditions in own department/area by implementing necessary safety norms as instructed by seniors.
      1. KPI
        
        To be competent, the user/individual on the job must be able to:
        
        To do the Complete Tracking process Flow as designed.
        
        maintain Ageing, OTIF & FTA as per designed norms.
        
        anticipate problems well in advance in order to rectify it and issue discuss with respective Senior on Daily basis with Time Management.
