Job Description

Better planning of daily work, optimum utilization of manpower.
Control of contract workmen for better utilization.
Proper calibration of m/c, Proper cleaning of the suction line and fluidized pad.
Monitor and maintain the dedusting system and avoid any leakage and training given to forklift drivers and workmen for proper handling of bags.
Proper checking of packing material during use and checking of screen and magnet cleaning.
Following the SOP for packing.

Loading Activity :

Check truck/ container condition before loading.
Follow loading SOP for loading.
Daily in two shifts for following defined SOP and safe working.
Discussion of the importance of better housekeeping in the warehouse.
Training to forklift drivers and contract workmen for safe handling of pallets and bags.
Checking of bag weight in a paper bag while loading to ensure the correct weight, Crosscheck weight if found higher at the weighbridge.
Better planning of daily work, optimum utilization of manpower.

Functional Skills

Awareness of systems (ISO, SHE, OHSAS)
Computer Knowledge

*Preference will be given to immediate new joiners.
