Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain all core CPQ features including Products, Price Rules, Product Rules, Quote Templates, and Document Generation.Administer and optimize the quote-to-cash process within Salesforce.Implement and manage complex pricing models, including tiered pricing, block pricing, and subscription-based pricing.Develop and maintain discounting strategies and advanced approval workflows.Leverage deep understanding of Salesforce Order Management to streamline order submission, fulfillment, and invoicing processes.Configure and manage Asset-Based Ordering for amendments, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities on existing customer contracts.Design and implement new CPQ functionalities to support new products, markets, and business models.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (Objects, Relationships, Profiles, Permission Sets, etc.).Experience with Flow for process automation.Knowledge on new Revenue cloud advanced is plus
