Organization- Leading NBFC
Designation - Production Support -Loan Management System
Location- Thane
Work Mode- Work From Office Only

Required Skills-

Candidate Should be well versed with LMS flow
Assets Classification
Repayment work flow under LMS

Provide support for production issues related to the Loan Management System.
Monitor system health and performance, and proactively identify issues before they impact business operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring SLA adherence and accurate root cause analysis (RCA).
Work with development teams to fix bugs and deploy patches or hotfixes.
Collaborate with business users to understand and resolve functional issues related to loan processing, repayment, delinquencies, etc.
Automate support workflows and repetitive tasks using scripting or available tools.
Participate in release management, change management, and deployment activities.
Maintain and improve system documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies in all support activities.
