Role & responsibilities Looking for a domain expert in Consumer Products, Retail (CPR) Industry to support clients requiring expertise in different domains such as retail management, consumer packaged goods management, consumer behavior, customer relationships, e-commerce platform enhancement, etc. Hands on experience in the areas of Consumer Markets, Customer Experience, Master data management, Analytics, Omnichannel, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Returns/Refunds, Reverse Logistics, Store Operations, Merchandising and Pricing including Assortment planning, Pricing, Promotions/ Coupons. Responsibilities: Deep expertise in the Retail, CPG domain. Should have handled and delivered complex projects in any of these industry Responsible to drive growth for Capgemini Invent. He/ She shall work in their area of expertise and drive revenue growth to the industry/group market strategy, support capability sales and delivery at target accounts and deliver on projects as the subject matter specialist & solution designer delivering the design. The role will drive industry knowledge development and thought leadership delivery. Drive eco-system development externally (alliances, joint solutioning, account activation) and internally through go-to-market training and development. In addition to the above, he/she will connect the various capability areas, create unified vision for Capgemini, prioritize offering/POV development and drive key deals both on business development and delivery. Acting as a bridge between the clients ask and Invent/other teams to holistically develop and shape the solution/proposal/RFP/RFI, etc. Leverage the understanding the Retail, CPG sector and client business thoroughly to identify potential opportunities to grow the account. Leading, supporting and collaborating with various teams to help shape up the proposal responses. Providing strategic direction and thought leadership to our customers and related internal teams. Help create strategy, roadmap, and drive clients on their digital transformation journey. Supporting pre-sales activities by actively participating in win theme discussions, deal shaping process, other BD activities, etc. Understanding of prevalent technologies and changing trends in the industry. E.g. work on new/emerging technology and help build POVs, use cases, assets, etc. Our Ideal Candidate Education qualification MBA (preferably in the field of product management, Strategy & Consulting), BE preferred Experience and any specialized knowledge 18-25 years of experience in the Consumer Products (FMCG/CPG) and Retail (All segments except Retail Banking) industry or relevant organizations in India and globally, Demonstrable work intersecting technology, business and people processes. Deep domain expertise coupled with Consulting led Solution Sales, design and implementation shall be preferable. There should be areas where there has been measurable impact or benefits accrued by the clients and outcomes basis the solutions delivered. Some areas of strength should be in the following but not limited to Business Transformation, Solution Design, AI/ML & GenAI, Supply Chain Management, Distribution & Channel Management, Integrated Business Planning & Management, Merchandise & Range Planning, Forecasting and Allocations, Stores Management, Omni-Channel Implementation, Warehouse Management etc. Hands on experience in SaaS applications like SAP / Oracle / BY Luminate / O9 / Relex shall be a plus. Preferred Professional Certifications –, Ajile Certification, AI & ML technologies, Computer Vision, Data Analytics & Insights, D365 / M365, Azure/GCP/AWS, Enterprise Architecture – DMTS, Program Management or any other similar technical certification Technical Competencies: Process Analysis and redesigning strategy Consumer Markets, Customer Experience, Master data management, Analytics, Omnichannel, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Returns/Refunds, Reverse Logistics, Store Operations, Merchandising and Pricing including Assortment planning, Pricing, Promotions/ Coupons. Strategy & Consulting Project/Program Management Implementation experience e.g. SAP, Oracle, SFDC, etc. Business process design Core Skills: Communication Skills - Interact with senior stakeholders and be part of the core Go To Market defining team. Problem-Solving Skills - Facilitate a shared understanding of the problem, and the possible solutions, and determine the scope of the requirement. Critical Thinking Skills - Evaluating multiple options, coming up with simulations before settling on a fixed path or solution Documentation and Specification Skills - Should be good in basic office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and SharePoint; should be determined to find faster and shorter paths to completion of analysis and documentation. Analysis Skills - Should be able to Visually Model solutions on the requirements provided. Leadership Competencies required: People Management Skill – Ability to lead a team comprising of members from different band/level. Decision-Making Skill – Ability to take charge and make important decisions Self-managing - manage themselves to meet commitments and deadlines. Proactive and dependency/impact aware in the situation.
