Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CPC Hub Manager - Operations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 11-14 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with expertise in credit policies, KYC procedures, and financial analysis. Roles and Responsibility
Ensure adherence to credit and KYC policies.
Verify all KYCs and financial statements of borrowers and analyze their implications.
Monitor credit trends and provide insights to stakeholders.
Train field teams to ensure FTR at 90%.
Communicate with the field on TAT/KYC issues.
Analyze financial data using Excel to inform business decisions.

Job
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 11 years of experience in banking or financial services.
Expertise in Excel and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of credit policies and KYC procedures.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
