Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce, onboard, and manage a large volume of

    Channel Partners / Land Brokers

    across Bengal and Pan-India
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure consistent deal flow
  • Promote land/plot projects through channel partner networks
  • Generate leads, coordinate site visits, and assist in deal closures
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Provide regular updates, training, and support to channel partners
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, pricing, and customer support
  • Represent the company at property expos, meetings, and promotional events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in

    real estate sales

    , preferably in

    land/plot selling

  • Strong network of channel partners or land brokers (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market is an advantage
