Job Description

As a Coworking Sales Manager at Hub and Oak, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue through workspace sales, build strong relationships with clients, and establish Hub and Oak as the preferred partner for flexible office solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into closed deals for coworking and managed office spaces. - Understand client requirements, provide customised workspace solutions, conduct site visits, and handle end-to-end sales negotiations. - Collaborate with landlords, brokers, and ecosystem partners to maximize occupancy and revenue. - Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to refine the sales strategy. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Coordinate with operations, marketing, and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery. - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance in the CRM system. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in coworking or commercial real estate. - Graduation or postgraduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting targets. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Capability to develop relationships and uphold a client-first approach. - Self-motivated, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
