Role Overview

Coworking Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development:

    Generate leads, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into closed deals across coworking and managed office spaces.
  • Client Engagement:

    Understand client requirements, offer customised workspace solutions, conduct site visits, and manage end-to-end sales negotiations.
  • Partnerships:

    Work with landlords, brokers, and ecosystem partners to maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to refine sales strategy.
  • Revenue Targets:

    Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Coordinate with operations, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance in the CRM.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in coworking or commercial real estate.
  • Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain a client-first approach.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
