Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales position located in Ahmedabad. The Counter Sales representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, processing sales transactions, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include maintaining the presentation of the sales area, managing inventory, and supporting sales promotions. Candidates will be expected to develop and maintain knowledge of products, specifically tyres, tubes, and batteries.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Ability to provide product training to customers
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, with further education in sales or related fields preferred
