Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counter Sales role located in Ahmedabad. The role involves attending to customer inquiries, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate product recommendations. The Counter Sales Representative will also manage sales at the showroom, maintain an organized inventory, coordinate with the team, and ensure a positive experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to confidently interact with customers and address their needs effectively.
• Sales and Sales Management abilities for meeting or exceeding sales targets and facilitating smooth retail operations.
• Experience in Training or guiding team members is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales-related technologies.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with a strong customer focus and team collaboration.
• Prior experience in retail, automotive, or related industries is an added advantage.
