We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Counselor to join our IT training institute. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for guiding students in their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: Handle and follow up with leads for SAP and Data Science training programs. Counsel and convince prospective students about course offerings. Understand students’ career goals and provide appropriate training recommendations. Schedule and coordinate demo classes with trainers. Maintain effective communication between students and trainers. Support the administration team in managing course schedules and student records. Ensure high student satisfaction through professional counseling and support. Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication. Good interpersonal and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of SAP and Data Science (preferred, but not mandatory). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced training environment.
